Episode 42: BSI Birthday Weekend 2026, Pt. 1 – Dynamics of a Podcast
At last, here’s the start of our sixth season! And we’re starting with episode number 42, which is excellent.
We’re recapping this year’s BSI Birthday Weekend, which was kind of a big one for us and for friends of the show. Rob Nunn joins us to help talk about things and people, and we go for so long that, yes, we have to split this into two parts again. This episode gets us from Wednesday morning up to Friday afternoon; the next episode will cover the big event and the rest of the Weekend.
There are some corrections to make, so please be patient with us as we add them to this page (and to the next episode, as well).

FWIW, I have a TERRIBLE memory. Not only are recaps like this wonderful to remind me of all the things I was too busy experiencing to have really NOTED, but when they come a little later, in the dreary days of late February, they bring much needed joy and warmth. I miss my community and this helps bring me back to it, even in memory. Thank you for your work on this.
